A real taste of Brazil in Australia. |
Brazilian bites is the passion project of Brazilian native Aldo and his Australian wife Lea. Having spent a lot of time together in Brazil, the two have fond memories of the aromas of charcoal cooked meats permeating through the streets of Aldo's hometown. Inspired by these street food vendors, they not only wanted to bring the taste of Brazil to Australia, but imbue within it the festive nature of Brazilian culture.

"...Brazilian Bites is popular for its signature Espetinho, or meat skewers, marinated in classic Brazilian inspired combinations and grilled over charcoals. Make a beeline for this vibrant van and prepare for mouth-watering flavours..."
- Australian Good Food Guide "The beef espetinho was superb, tender and the fat was rendered perfectly, and the taste was just like in Brazil. Then went back to try the mini Brazilian fried cheese balls, also amazing. Service was friendly and buzzing, overall experience was great..." - The Street Food Review |
